Screen 1 represents the Home screen showing the Thirty chapters in the Quran. The next screen represents the four quarters of a chapter.

The next screen (first screen above) is an overview page showing all the dates you have filled in a form for Quarter 3. The user can select a date from the list.
Rating is represented as 1: Best 2: Little Improvement 3: Lots of Improvement
Once a date is selected, the next screen shows all your details from your tracking form the user has filled in
The final screen is an edit screen for the form completed.

Statistics Page represents an overall review of the week, month, year, custom selected.
The second screen represents an example of what a screen would display. Eg. Last 7 Days shows the quarters they have learnt / read in the colour black. The four small boxes in each number represents the four quarters.
